Cold Metal Cast Sets - We cast the armor parts using cold metal casting technique, then polish them using 7 different surface applications to have the screen accurate polished look of Beskar steel. The metal powder is mixed directly into the resin and each armor plate has multiple layers of fiberglass for extra durability. The complete armor weighs a little over 10kgs. There is no paint on cold metal cast sets. If you would like, you can further polish the armor plates using standard metal polish.
Raw Resin Cast Kits - Unfinished raw resin cast sets for the ones who want to finish their armor themselves. These kits are cast in high quality polyurethane resin but we don't do any surface applications on the armor plates. You may have to do minor post processing before you paint the parts.
Each armor is made to order and due to the extensive post processing, the standard processing time is 5-6 weeks.
